My love language is food! This meal will keep everyone quiet at the table because everyone will be enjoying their food. Let's jump right in!

Ingredients

  • Family Pack of boneless porkchops

  • Salt

  • Garlic Salt

  • Garlic Powder

  • Onion Powder

  • Ginger Powder 1/2 teaspoon*

  • Worstercheire

  • Honey

Clean your porkchops with white vinegar.

Combine all powder ingredients- 1 tablespoon each*

Add 1 cup Worstechire & 1/2 cup of honey to powder ingredients- mix well.

Put your mixture on porkchop- make sure all pieces are evenly coated.

Heat up your pan on medium high heat with butter- I use Country Crock but you can use whatever you have on hand.

Add your seasoned chops to the hot pan- flip every few minutes to prevent burning.

Fry until fully cooked or desired crispyness.

You can pair this with jasmine rice for a nice at-home Chinese food taste. When I made this, i paired it with regular white rice and beans, and it was fantastic. These sweet and sour porkchops can go with any side you're in the mood for.

If you make this, tell me how you liked it, if you hated it, what you paired it with, and if you changed it up.

Buen Provecho!
